When the Budget Constricts: A Collaborative Session in Real World Training Management

Join colleagues for a discussion and interaction on facing tighter budgets at the same time that training challenges are growing. Led by Andrew Spath, Training Manager III with Health & Social Services /DPA-Staff Development & Training, attendees will consider approaches that meet objectives, uphold quality, and offer effective, measurable outcomes... even when the resources have diminished.

Bring business cards and network - ask questions, share resources, and get some quality time with others who understand the challenges you face! Networking begins at 11:30 and formal presentations start at noon. Plan to be out of the office until 1:30 - we finish at one PM but you may want a few minutes to talk some with the presenter, Andrew Spath.
